Work/Life Balance
Taught by Dan Suitor, Ph.D. Achieving a healthy work-life balance is important for one's overall well-being, as it can reduce stress, improve mental health, and increase overall satisfaction in both personal and professional aspects of life. This presentation will attempt to help participants understand the characteristics of a healthy work-life balance while also equipping them with strategies to achieve this balance in their own lives.
